Squatting My Way to Health and Happiness

Every single day, I am thankful I met Jerzy and Aniela Gregorek. My chronic back and leg pain is gone, my flexibility has returned, and I've lost fat and gained muscle.

I came to the Gregoreks twelve months after injuring my back in a horseback riding accident. To heal myself, I had tried rest, medications, aerobics, yoga, and lifting weights with exercise machines. The only thing I didn't try was a chiropractor (I'm too skeptical for that). But despite everything, I was getting stiffer and experiencing more discomfort. Now I know that I was doing the exact opposite of what my body needed to heal. Who would have thought that squats would be part of a get-well program? But as it turns out, with just a few months of doing The Happy Body routine, I am pain-free.

My fitness activities used to be complicated, but now I've learned that it's easy to have a happy body. The program is straightforward, and if you follow it, you will see and feel the results-for sure!
