A New Sense of Well-Being

I started The Happy Body training program for several reasons: a weak lower back, poor muscle tone, and a general lack of energy. After I worked out for six months, my aches, pains, and weakness in my lower back disappeared. My powers of concentration are now vastly improved, as is my overall energy and body strength. Also, the training has given me a new sense of well-being, and there have been other, unexpected benefits: my middle-age midriff has vanished; my eating habits have improved; and my athletic ability, eyesight, and sex drive have sharply strengthened. Because I feel better physically, I feel better about myself and my life in every other way.
