Recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Although I was very active and jogged for an hour every day, I was still mildly overweight, lacked muscle tone, and had very low energy. In fact, my doctor told me that I had chronic fatigue syndrome. At around that time, I saw that my twin sister, Lisa, who was being coached by Aniela and Jerzy, was getting more energy all the time and looked terrific.

After working with Jerzy and Aniela myself for six months, I've lost several pounds of body fat, and my strength has improved significantly. I now realize that endurance, which I used to try to achieve with my running, is a byproduct of strength, and not something to train for. I've also learned to take time to relax. Furthermore, Jerzy and Aniela have not only taught me how to work on my physical health but also my emotional, and spiritual growth.
