Overcoming Pain and Depression

I had a chronic back problem for many years and was very frustrated with the medical profession's failed attempts to resolve it. In my college years, I was an athlete in three sports, so I really hated losing the muscle tone and strength that I had back then. Also, I was going through a very stressful period of my life at that time, which caused me to sink into regular depressions. My mind didn't feel good, my body didn't feel good, and, to be blunt, I just felt like crap. Obviously, I had to do something, so when my sister told me that she had gotten over her asthma by working with Aniela, I decided to give the program a try.

After training with Aniela for nine months, I lost more than 20 pounds of fat and felt better than I did in years. In many ways, I'm now in the best shape of my life, including my years as an athlete. An increase in my overall muscle tone and strength has done more for my back than conventional medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, or massage.

The improvements in my physical health led to improvements in my mental health. I became motivated again, got the courage to quit a very stressful job, and am now following a lifetime dream to run my own business. I have never been more enthusiastic and energetic in my life.
