“In times of turmoil a positive way of living is more important than anything else. The cave can be a positive thing.”—Jerzy Gregorek

Into the Cave: A 7-Day Happy Body Immersion Course

When top athletes want to prepare, they “enter the cave” to focus on training and recovery, restricting all other activities. The current pandemic situation means limited activities for everyone: no movies, no parties or gatherings, no restaurants. People are feeling hemmed in and limited. The world news is grim and the accompanying melodramatic opinion can be even darker than the news itself.

It’s easy to think that your own situation can only get worse, too—but it doesn’t have to go that way. Depression doesn’t have to take over. You can use this time to become better.

Join us.

Enter the cave so that you can emerge stronger, healthier and happier than you were before. Stop ruminating and do something positive on a daily basis. Get better with the Standards of The Happy Body: Practice Stoic philosophy, exercise while measuring yourself and your progress, learn the food strategies that establish a healthy lifestyle.

What our current participants say:

Elaine – “I am really enjoying the ‘Into the Cave’ experience, thanks very much!”

Janna – “You kiddin’? This is gold.”

Mardi – “The Into the Cave Course has been such a gift during these challenging times. Thank you! It is so helpful and uplifting.”

Desiree – “I feel like this is such a privilege. Thank you.”

Margaret – “Finding the beauty of simplicity and just being… perhaps it is much more difficult to master. Again, another area I’m spending time with. The food prep and exercise nest very well into the philosophy. Thank you so much Jerzy and crew. Love the course and looking forward to the next one also!”

Kristin – “Thanks for making the effort to create this class. The philosophy review has been helpful for me…simple is illusive!”

Melanie – “I love the fun and delicious food ideas and to be able to raise the bar in my happy body exercise progress. I have loved this opportunity so much!”

Irene – “Being alone with Jerzy and his amazingness daily is a blessing. Like going to church daily and being renewed.”

Andy – “Hi Jerzy. My favorite part has been watching you do the exercises. I have not been doing them that way. The little extra pauses and stretches make all the difference. Thank you. It has been great and I am glad I can go back and watch.”

Into the Cave will help you learn how to do exercises at home that are good for you, how to manage your eating during the day, and what will help you come out of this whole situation calmer, stronger, and happier during this challenging time.
