There’s something about exercise that has always been very appealing to me.  The human body is fascinating, and movement allows us not only the expression of our physical capabilities but the processing of our thoughts and emotions.

My hunger for challenges and my intellectual curiosity have taken me to run marathons and get instructor certifications in diverse fitness and yoga modalities along my life.  I have taught fitness and yoga classes around the world to people from all walks of life, from 3 to 80 years old, for the last 10 years.

When I came across The Happy Body® Program, I ordered the book and read it in one seating.  I started practicing it daily the following day for a couple of months.  I noticed some changes in me, and I felt this need to deepen my understanding of THB® program, as well as the need to improve my personal practice.  So, I decided to enroll myself in THB® Mentors Program.

This year of weekly meetings with Jerzy and other mentors has resulted in a holistic transformation. It is not only our body that changes, but our perspective on life, too.  It is my intention to share this journey of learning and growth with anyone who is open and ready to live a life of goodness.
