Becoming a Happy Body Mentor taught me the life-changing concept of enough: enough food, enough exercise, enough relaxation. When you KNOW what is enough (for you and your body) amazing things happen – you no longer waste, or in the words of Jerzy and Aniela, you “save the waste.” With The Happy Body program (and lifestyle!) you will “save” wasted energy by exercising the right amount, you’ll save money on food because you’ll learn the proper amount to eat, and much more… Soon you’ll have a great deal of saved of time, energy, and money to re-invest in living a more pleasurable life.
Playing D1-AA football put me front and center into the hypermasculine world of fitness and all the problems that are a part of that harmful ecosystem. After college, I didn’t know how to exercise other than heavy powerlifting… because that’s what I thought was necessary to be “fit”. Since working with Jerzy and discovering The Happy Body I haven’t lifted a weight over 15lbs and I’ve become leaner and more flexible than I’ve ever been while still maintaining ENOUGH strength – a sustainable amount that makes my body happy and life graceful.
I love The Happy Body, and it’s with me every day in every way. It’s very clear to me that everyone can be helped with the guidance of Aniela and Jerzy’s all-embracing program. As a mentor, I’m here to help you understand the philosophy, eating plan, and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.
