I see my past, building my presentas my future unfoldsplanting possibilities, discovering my strength, fibers of resolute sinews, signals, and I seemy grandmother’s daffodilsin flower – their persistent beauty.

Socrates expanded the meaning by saying “Unexamined life is not worthy of living.”
The Happy Body makes the examination available.
