This 30-minute video was created with three main uses in mind:

First, to enhance The Happy Body exercise workout. Building muscle and burning fat rather than sugar can only be done by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, which happens when this video is used during the exercise routine.

Second, for improvement of the atmosphere at home when returning from work or school. People bring home with them their stress and anxiety, which can be dissipated by watching and listening to this video.

Third, as “white noise” background. This video can be used to set a healthy relaxing mood prior to dinner, for example, to help people increase willpower for making good food choices.

Though we all desire a healthy and happy life, it’s ironic that we often follow a path that is complex and self-destructive. Each poem in this collection was developed in response to the struggles of the many individuals who have tried to implement the simple but often difficult solutions to obstacles they faced with regard to exercise and food.
