The Happy Body became part of my life when the program helped me regain fitness and vitality after an injury – as well as the prospect of “growing old gracefully” like my mother. With THB, I found a renewed joy of movement from the physical routine and a personal fulfillment from the healthy mind and body practices.  Making health a priority is a continuous journey, and The Happy Body is a guide and inspiration.  I share this resource and motivation, hoping to encourage others on their quest for lifelong health and fitness.
