Darcy Menard
I came to The Happy Body the way most people do — after years of trying things that didn’t stick. I heard Jerzy on the Tim Ferriss podcast with Naval Ravikant, and something landed: a daily practice simple enough to actually do every day, for the rest of your life.
That was the beginning of a real change.
What the program did for me:
Living in the Pacific Northwest means hiking, backpacking, cycling, and skiing. But injuries were stacking up and I was getting weaker every year. I needed something that built strength without burning me out.
Happy Body delivered. I gained functional muscle after years of struggling to put on weight. The food timing took the guesswork out of nutrition. Most importantly, I learned to deal with injuries because the program adapts as your body does. I finish every workout feeling strong and energized. My day feels off if I skip it.
The hardest lesson, and the most important one: don’t rush it. Consistency and patience transform your body. Impatience is what gets you hurt.
How I work with people:
I mentor anyone ready to commit to the daily practice and willing to be held accountable. I’m direct and practical. I take your limits and your life seriously: because everyone starts from a different place, and the path forward looks different for each person.
I’m also a musician, technologist, and minimalist who spends as much time outside as possible. I understand how busy, complicated lives make it hard to stay consistent, and I know what it takes to build a practice that survives real life.
